He has worked with institutions including Bank of Rajasthan, Exim Bank and RIICO, gaining a broad understanding of financial markets, project funding and business development. At RVCF, Suneet brings a thoughtful and structured approach to evaluating investment opportunities and understanding the financial foundations that support long-term growth. For Suneet, good finance goes beyond numbers. It is about understanding the story behind them, the decisions they reflect and the opportunities they create.

Gaurav reads the footnotes first. A Chartered Accountant and Lawyer by profession, he has spent over 21+ years learning that the most important parts of a business are rarely on the first page, and that founders who get the fine print right tend to get the big picture right too. At RVCF, Gaurav is involved in the entire life cycle of an investment, from the first coffee with a founder to the boardroom and, eventually, the exit, and plays an active role in the Fund's fundraising. He drives investment transactions, with a special fondness for Technology, Consumer and Healthcare sectors where he believes rigour and ambition have to travel together. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Mumbai, in the Financial Services practice, and before that at a Chartered Accountant firm.

Sourabh believes that sound financial decisions begin with getting the fundamentals right. A Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience across accounts, auditing, finance and direct and indirect taxation, he brings a detail-oriented approach to the financial discipline and regulatory rigour that underpin lasting businesses. At RVCF India Growth Fund, Sourabh brings his financial expertise to the fund's operations, with a focus on the importance of sound processes, compliance and governance in building a strong investment ecosystem.

Sunil looks at businesses through the lens of fundamentals. His approach combines financial rigour with a practical understanding of businesses. He likes to understand not just what a company does, but why it works, what can make it scalable and what could stand in its way. At RVCF, Sunil is part of the investment team and is involved across the investment lifecycle, from building investment thesis and sourcing opportunities to evaluating investments and post-deal monitoring. He works particularly across Technology, Agri, Education and Climate Tech. 14+ Years of experience in his profession journey have shaped his belief that strong fundamentals, disciplined execution and sound governance are essential building blocks for long-term value creation.

At RVCF, Tanisha is building her understanding of the startup ecosystem, business models and investment evaluation.
