Cat I · Managed by Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund
Catalyzing Entrepreneurship and Growth
SEBI-encouraged funds — venture capital, SME, social-impact and infrastructure. Close-ended, generally unleveraged.
RVCF Trust III is a Category I Alternative Investment Fund managed by Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF), one of India’s early-stage institutional venture capital organizations promoted by the Government of Rajasthan. Established to support entrepreneurship and industrial development in the region, RVCF has evolved into a broader investment platform backing growth-stage companies across sectors. The fund focuses on providing expansion capital to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and emerging businesses with scalable models. Leveraging its strong institutional backing and regional presence, RVCF plays a catalytic role in nurturing enterprises beyond traditional venture hubs. Fund IV continues this mandate by targeting high-potential businesses seeking growth capital, combining financial investment with strategic support and governance oversight. Operating from Jaipur, RVCF blends public-sector objectives with professional fund management practices to deliver both economic impact and financial returns.
