He holds a Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.

Anil Jain has been associated with Wipro for the past 25+ years, with a diversified career. He began as a Marketing Executive and managed multiple territories as Area Manager. He was then associated with Wipro Peripherals as Manager for exports in Bangalore and then in Moscow for two years. He created and shaped the WIPRO-Acer PC business, taking on the mantle as the Business Manager. Anil was also involved with Finance, Product Marketing & Information Systems portfolio in 01 Markets. Anil then handled Marketing, Business Development and Innovation for two years. During this period, he was responsible for the strategic planning for the company and played a key role in innovative initiatives to make Wipro Infotech a powerful force in the country. Subsequently, he went ahead to become the head of WPC business, during which period, Wipro re-invented its PC business and drove the business to high volumes and profitability.

Padmanabhan S.V. (Paddy) is the former Group Chief Technology Officer of Noor Investment Group LLC (a USD 1 Billion Dubai Government-backed Islamic investment venture comprising Noor Islamic Bank and Noor Takaful). He has 20+ years of IT experience across Sales, Services, and senior Data Center / Operations leadership at Wipro Infotech and Citibank India (VP & Head – India Data Centers covering Consumer & Corporate banking). He holds a degree from a reputed engineering institution.

Podila Pandu Ranga Rao (P.P.R. Rao) is the former Executive Director of UCAL Fuel System Limited. He is an Engineering Graduate from Andhra University with 40+ years of industry experience at BHEL, English Electric, SRF Nippondenso, Wipro, Digital Equipment India, and Bizworth India. He has held roles as Chief Works Manager, GM, CEO, Director, MD, and COO.

Ram N Agarwal is the MD and CEO of WeP Solutions Limited, where he pioneered India's first employee-owned company. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur (1970) and a PGDM from IIM Kolkata (1972, specialising in Finance, Marketing, and Systems). He has 40+ years of industry experience, a major part of which was at Wipro. He has been a member of MAIT's Executive Council for six years.

Srinivasan is a banking veteran and market expert with more than three decades of experience in financial services. His career has spanned commercial banking, Investment banking, International banking, Treasury and Global Markets. He, till recently, served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Union Bank of India. He previously served as the Deputy Managing Director of Axis Bank before setting up his own Advisory practice about five years back. As a financial advisor, he has worked with a diverse set of firms including banks, NBFCs and reputed corporates. He joined Axis Bank as the Executive Director - Corporate Banking in 2009 and was elevated as Deputy Managing Director in October 2015. He was Chairman of many of its subsidiaries helping grow their businesses. Prior to Axis, Mr. Srinivasan was Managing Director and Head of Markets with J.P. Morgan, India. He also served as the CEO, J P Morgan Chase Bank in India. He worked with the ICICI Group for a decade before joining JPM. He has served on several RBI Committees and was also appointed as an Advisor for the insolvency resolution of Reliance Capital Limited by RBI. He has also held the positions of Chairman, Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association (FIMMDA) and Chairman, Primary Dealers Association of India (PDAI). He is also currently an Independent Director of India Debt Resolution Company Limited, the Chairman and Public Interest Director of AMC Repo Clearing Corporation Ltd and Independent Director of Institutional Investors Advisory Services Ltd (IiAS). He is a member of the SEBI AIF committee and also serves as an domain expert for large credit AIFs. He holds an engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai and is an MBA from the IIM, Calcutta.
