He has to his credit a background of rich Industry experience spanning over 36+ years. Significant part of his career was with one of the most admired IT services company in India, where he held various senior positions across diverse functions. He brings with him an enviable track record in Equity and Financial Research. Arun carries the overall responsibility for the business with direct responsibility for Research and Fund Management.

N. Ulaganathan is the co-founder and Domain Consultant at TrustLine. He has 33+ years of industry experience and is a post-graduate from Clarkson University, New York. He brings critical domain skills for sectors including IT (Process Control), Petrochemicals, Industrial Automation, Engineering, Oil & Gas, and related sectors. The company actively seeks his guidance and consulting inputs on these sectors as part of investment research.

Vijay is one of the early shareholders in the company. Vijay is a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) and an Engineering Graduate with over 30+ years of Industry experience. Significant part of his career was with Dun & Bradstreet where he gained rich experience in security analysis and equity markets. He also brings in rich experience in Business Development from his tenure in a leading Telecom Service Provider in India.

Shabbir Merchant is the Chief Value Creator at ValuLead Consulting, with two decades of experience in Human Resources Management and Leadership Development across IT, Manufacturing, Financial Services, FMCG, Pharma, and Supply Chain industries across India, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He was previously EVP at Right – Grow Talent (NYSE: MAN) for South Asia and spent nine years at Wipro (NYSE: WIT) as GM & Head HR of Wipro Infotech. Under his leadership, Wipro Infotech became the first company in the world to be assessed at Level V of People CMM Version 2. He holds a Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.

Anil Jain has been associated with Wipro for the past 25+ years, with a diversified career. He began as a Marketing Executive and managed multiple territories as Area Manager. He was then associated with Wipro Peripherals as Manager for exports in Bangalore and then in Moscow for two years. He created and shaped the WIPRO-Acer PC business, taking on the mantle as the Business Manager. Anil was also involved with Finance, Product Marketing & Information Systems portfolio in 01 Markets. Anil then handled Marketing, Business Development and Innovation for two years. During this period, he was responsible for the strategic planning for the company and played a key role in innovative initiatives to make Wipro Infotech a powerful force in the country. Subsequently, he went ahead to become the head of WPC business, during which period, Wipro re-invented its PC business and drove the business to high volumes and profitability.
